Q. What payment options do you have, can I pay using Paypal?
A. Yes. At the moment Paypal handles our online payments. Paypal will allow you to pay using a debit card, a credit card or Paypal funds from your Paypal account. Paypal also allows you to pay directly via your bank account but this can take up to 10 working days to clear in the form of an eCheque.  
 
Q. Are there any hidden extra costs on top of the prices seen on this website, such as taxes or fees?
A. No, for UK customers the prices you see on this website are the final prices including delivery.
 
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Generally orders will be dispatched within one working day providing we have received a cleared payment, and will be sent using a 'Signature Required' service via the UK's Royal Mail postal network. It may arrive within 1-2 days but please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, just to be safe.
 
Q. I am an overseas buyer, will I be liable to pay any customs charges?
A. Overseas customers may be subject to import duty and we will help minimse these costs as much as we can for you. Please consult the customs and excise website for your country if you are unsure.
 
Q. What do you mean when describing 'Display sizes' on the darts scorers?
A. This is the physical height of the 'lit up' display inside of the darts scorers.
 
Q. You don't have a phone number and I want to speak to someone..
A. We operate soley online and do not have the capability to consistently answer calls. If you want to email any queries to us we will always reply within 24hrs but usually within an hour or so. We can resolve 99% of issues via email but If you really need to speak to us drop us an email or use the contact form including your phone number, ideal time to call you and a valid reason to speak to someone. UK customers only.
 
Q. What if I have a problem?
A. All of the products shipped by us have been very well tested. In the very unlikely event you have a problem please just contact us via the contact form or email us at sales@dartsdevil.com
 
Q. I have misplaced or damaged my power supply for my darts scorer, what should I do?
A. Drop us a line to seek advice. Please don't be tempted to plug a power supply meant for other uses. Keyglory have been making electronic equipment since the mid 80's and 90% of all the faulty machines they get back for repair are a result of being damaged by the user plugging in the wrong type of power supply.
