Here at Dartsdevil ordering online is very simple. We accept
the following payment methods;

Debit card
Credit card
Paypal
Cheque*

ALL of our electronic transactions are handled by Paypal.com, using the most powerful SSL encryption methods. You DO NOT require a Paypal account to buy from us.

* If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us by email, listing the items you require.

If you are not familiar with ordering online please read the
following carefully.

To purchase a product, simply click the button "Add to Basket" this
will place your selected item into a virtual "Shopping Basket". You can continue to view the web site, and add further items to the shopping basket until you are ready to make your payment. You can view the items you have chosen at any time by clicking "Your Basket".

Please note, if you are buying darts or shafts please select your preferred weight/size from the drop down menu before clicking "Add to Basket".

Once you have selected your purchases you must then proceed to the
"Checkout" where you can view your selected items. If you are happy
with your selection click "Secure Checkout " and you will be directed to the
secure Paypal server.

You will now see your invoice total including postage and packing.
If all the details are correct it is now time to choose your preferred
payment option.

If you are paying using a Debit or Credit card, use the "Click Here"
button next to "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" and
follow the easy steps.

If you are a Paypal account holder and wish to pay using this method,
enter your details and click "Continue" Then just follow the instructions.

Once you have successfully completed payment with Paypal you will be
sent an Email confirming this by Paypal.

Note: we have had cases where the items customers have ordered have not been listed in the email you receive from paypal, don't worry, we know what you have ordered.

Your order is now complete and Dartsdevil will despatch within 48 hours. If there are any despatch problems with your order we will contact you via Email or telephone.

Notes:

We do not receive any of your Credit/Debit card or account details.
This information is processed by Paypal.

The name "Darts devil"  will appear on Bank/Credit card statements.

RETURNS POLICY.

Here at DartsDevil we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you
have received goods that are incorrect or damaged, please let us know
immediately. You should also return the the item or items, with full
packing, within 7 days.

We will send a replacement only on receipt of your returned goods. If
you do not require a replacement, you will receive a full refund less
our postage costs and a £1-00 re-stocking charge.
